Chef Olivier da Costa is one of the most influential figures in contemporary gastronomy. Inspired by his father Michel da Costa : one of the first chefs to earn a Michelin star in Portugal : Olivier developed a passion for cooking from an early age. After an internship at the Ritz Four Seasons, he opened his first restaurant in 1996, introducing the concept of contemporary Brazilian cuisine to Portugal.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Olivier built a portfolio of more than 30 restaurants across Tenerife, Porto, Cascais, the Algarve, São Paulo, Paris, Nice, Rome, London and Bangkok. At SEEN Tenerife, his culinary philosophy comes to life through sharing plates, signature suggestions and a menu shaped by global influences and premium ingredients from land and sea.
